Returns and Exchanges


Please note that Bespoke items cannot be returned to us for a refund or an exchange but we will happily discuss an alteration with you.

We hope that you really love your order but we understand that sometimes your item might not work out for you. In order for us to process your refund, shop credit or exchange, the item must be returned back to us unworn & in its original new condition. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged in transit items therefore we advise that you use a track or signature service. Please keep your tracking reference number safe as proof of your return until you have received your refund.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, there is no charge for an exchange within the UK, you will simply pay or be refunded the difference of the balance between the two items. You will have to pay to send the items back to us, but we will pay the postage cost for the new item to be sent to you.

UK CUSTOMERS
If for any reason you need to return an item to us you have 14 days from the day that you receive your order to notify us that you will be returning some or all of your order. You will then have a further 10 days to return it to us. Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send it with the items that you would like to refund or exchange, in the original packaging if possible. You can email us to let us know that you are returning the item so that we can prepare to process your refund. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will assume that you are satisfied with your item and we will be unable to offer any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON UK CUSTOMERS
If you live outside of the UK you will need to re-pay the shipping fee when we send out an exchange and when returning an item for a refund. You will also need to complete the correct customers forms in order for the item to be returned back to us correctly. If orders are returned incorrectly we cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued or that an exchange will be honoured.
