Please be aware that orders imported into Europe may now be subject to custom charges set by your local government.

PRODUCTION & DISPATCH 

We update estimated production & dispatch times weekly. Dispatch times change dependant on our workload. These timescales are based on our working days which are Monday to Friday. We dispatch once weekly. If you have any special requests regarding your delivery or you would like to arrange a priority order please contact us before placing your web order to avoid any disappointment. By purchasing from our website you are agreeing to our maximum delivery times plus any Covid19 delays. 

UPDATES

You will be kept up to date with your order via automated E-mail, if you have any questions about your order, please contact us quoting your order number.

POSTAGE

All items will be posted once they are made using our preferred partner, Royal Mail. Tracking information will be provided upon request. Please note that tracking is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially classed as lost. Once this time has passed a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a cash refund be issued for lost post.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please note that Bespoke items cannot be returned to us for a refund or an exchange but we will happily discuss a bespoke item alteration with you.

FAULTS

We pride ourselves on our level of care & attention to each item that we make but we are only human & faults do slip through the net from time to time. If you think that an item has a fault, you must report the fault via email within 28 days of  receiving the item. Once the item is received here we will assess the item & make a decision regarding the fault. We are not obliged to issue a refund. Please obtain a postal tracking number when you return an item to us.

Occasionally our prices increase. This is to enable us to offer you the best quality materials, to provide our team with comfortable working conditions & to ensure that our team are paid fairly. We will always try to work with you to make our items accessible. We offer interest- free payments via Klarna for all of our customers. Additionally we are happy to set up personal payment plans, please contact us to enquire about spreading the cost of your order beyond the existing payment options that we offer on the website.

COTTON WASH CARE

We use Oeko Tex Certified {free from harmful chemicals} or GOTS Certified {Organic} 100% pure Cotton. We recommend washing all of our Cotton items on a 30 degree setting unless otherwise stated on your tag. Iron on reverse whilst slightly damp. Air Dry, or Tumble Dry on Delicate using your own judgement & at your own risk.

LINEN WASH CARE

We use 100% Pre-Washed Linen weighing between 250g – 355g. Linen items are just as easy to look after as Cotton items, admittedly Linen is more durable so washes slightly better than Cotton & does not become threadbare over time. Wash Linen in your washing machine on a low heat setting – 30 degrees or lower (unless your tag states otherwise) & tumble dry on delicate but this depends on your tumble dryer settings, our advice is to air dry & then give your item a short five minute tumble dry on delicate, remove from your dryer whilst still slightly damp, promptly iron or hang. Although, there is no need to iron your Linen as we feel that it looks nicer worn naturally! Do not over fill your washing machine as your items may get very creased. Do not leave your items sat in your washing machine wet. Remove from your washing machine promptly & put on the radiator / airer {as flat as possible} to partially dry. Iron whilst slightly damp on high heat with steam. Items should not be hugely creased after the wash, this would suggest that your machine was over- filled or that you over dried your item whilst creased. Try washing fewer items together on a shorter eco programme at 20 or 30 degrees. Do not leave your items sat in the Dryer slightly damp, remove & iron or hang. Linen gets softer yet stronger after each wash. Repeatedly washing your Linen helps speed up the softening process. If you are in a hurry to soften: you could add 1/2 a cup of Baking Soda to your normal wash, this will soften your Linen nicely without causing any damage. You could also soak your linen overnight in the sink using: water & 1 cup of baking soda or vinegar. Use dryer balls or dryer sheets during any drying cycle to increase friction. Please note, imperfections on your Linen – are Natural, not a fault.  Linen uses less resources during production so it is more eco friendly & sustainable than cotton. Our Washed Linen is Organic & Naturally Dyed.

YARN WASH CARE

We use Alpaca/ Wool yarn to create all of our knitwear & crochet items, this is because many individuals are allergic to 100% Wool & we are a proud Allergy Friendly Brand!. Unlike Wool yarn; Alpaca Wool yarn does not contain any Lanolin which makes it suitable for customers with allergies or sensitive skin. Alpaca Wool yarn is also much less likely to itch than Wool. Our Alpaca Wool yarn is produced in Yorkshire & is of superior quality. It does require special care, it is not like washing cotton or acrylic, it does not need to be washed very often & it can sometimes just be wiped down after wear. Wash by hand in cold water, gently. You don’t need to use washing powder just dunk the item in the water a few times . Stretch the wool back into shape & lay it out length ways & flat to dry. Never wring your item! It will dry overnight. Hand Washing is super quick & super easy & saves on electric/ water.  Alpaca Wool can be worn many times without washing it as it repels dirt & is self cleaning. If you choose to wash in your washing machine on the wool setting – this is at your own risk as your machine may carry out the rinse using hot water. Your item may shrink. Our advice would be to carry out a hand wash in your kitchen sink once a month – it only takes five minutes or so!
